Waiting List Policy 

If we don’t have an appointment availability that is convenient for you, please request to be put on out wait list. Someone from Birmingham Massage Couple will contact you as cancellations develop to try to schedule an appointment. The waiting list will be first come, first served.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you contact us 24 hours in advance or more to cancel your appointment. Same day cancellation fee will be $42. That is to ensure that our therapist that drive in from home to do your massage will at least get their portion of the payment. Emergencies of course will be taken into consideration.

No show/No call Policy 

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged the full amount for your massage. If you no show a second time you will no longer be accepted as a client of Birmingham Massage Couple LLC

Late Arrival Policy 

Less than 30 minutes late to your appointment  and you will be seen. Sessions may or may not be cut short depending on pre-existing scheduled appointments. Full sessions fees will be due regardless. 30 minutes or more and you will be asked to reschedule. Late Cancellation and/or No Show fees will apply.

Inclement Weather Policy

We will make every effort to complete your appointment as scheduled, but in times of severe weather we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. You will be notified with intent to reschedule your appointment
